2025 Youth Upstream Mapping Report for 13th Circuit

In November 2024, stakeholders throughout the 13th Judicial Circuit participated in the Upstream Mapping workshop. This workshop sought to bring stakeholders together to leverage court resources, judicial leadership, and child welfare and juvenile justice partnerships for the betterment of local youth and families.
