
Develop software solutions and end-user training in response to departmental needs.
Contribute as an active team member on multi-developer projects, providing status updates and supporting testing and quality assurance activities.
Accurately define, analyze, design, develop, test, and implement business applications within required timelines.
Follow established development standards, prepare both technical documentation and end-user materials, conduct user training when necessary.
Support testing and implementation of upgrades to existing applications and assist in diagnosing and resolving software issues.
Evaluate user needs to reduce redundancy and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay informed about emerging software, hardware, and technology advancements relevant to support and development.
Work extended hours as required to meet project deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a clear criminal record (excluding traffic violations). Must pass an FBI criminal background check including a national fingerprint check through law enforcement agencies.
Software development and project management. Experience or training in Structured Query Language (SQL), TypeScript, NodeJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MSSQL, DB2, and COBOL are all a plus.
